Somatic Shamanism is a blending of somatic and shamanic healing to find root causes and help the client explore, heal, and integrate aspects of the self that developed patterns that no longer serve them. This includes exploring the subconscious and connecting to the spiritual realm.

We are finding ourselves with a growing desire to be of service, helping the earth, wildlife, and humanity. The desire to raise human consciousness is good and beautiful, and the way we do so, as a member of the collective consciousness, is to do our inner work, heal our inner wounds, and develop our ability to see ourselves, the world, and each other through the merging with our higher mind. The healing, raising of ones own vibration and consciousness creates the ripple effect like a drop of water into the ocean. First, here's a description excerpted from the book:
"The "Diary of Glimmers," [is] a guided journal designed to help you cultivate appreciation and gratitude through the practice of identifying daily glimmers. A glimmer is a small, positive moment that brings a sense of joy or peace. This diary will accompany you for 90 days, offering a glimmer each day to inspire you to find your own.
Like so many, I didn’t realize that I was basically driving myself into more negative thinking and therefore increasing my difficulty in seeing value in taking small steps towards a goal as effective progress – until I found myself depressed and unable to trust my own decisions. I knew I had to turn myself around, so I worked on the small steps required to reframe and retrain my brain to reach for better-feeling thoughts, which led to better choices and improved action-taking.
Knowing others struggle with this and facing my challenges, I was inspired to create this “Diary of Glimmers” to share with you, too."
